I'm a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer, with many many 10 years of experience running businesses, from in-home personal training to a salon.
I understand the unique challenges faced by health and wellness coaches.
There was a time when the first thing I'd hear each morning wasn't my alarm, but the pinging of emails, text messages, and voicemails — a relentless cacophony reminding me of my seemingly insurmountable tasks. My desk, car, even my fridge, were plastered with neon post-it notes, each one a frantic scribble of something I'd thought of in a rush. More than once, I'd jolt awake in the dead of night, drenched in cold sweat, convinced I'd forgotten something crucial.
But that was the past.
Now, with over ten years of experience in creating and implementing standard operating procedures and mastering project and team management, I've not only silenced that overwhelming noise but channeled it into a harmonious symphony of productivity.
